For individual difficult, complex and socially significant cases of forensic expertise, the client and the client shall, on the premise of consensus, collect the fees within a range not higher than 2 times the standard of the Basic Catalogue and Fee Standards of Shanghai Forensic Appraisal Projects.

3. The fees for judicial appraisal items not included in the Basic Catalogue and Fee Standards of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Projects shall be managed by market-adjusted prices, which shall be determined through consultation between the entrusted parties.
