The Symposium on the general procedure of judicial authentication of product quality was held in Shanxi in November 21st. Liu Xuesen, Director of the Professional Committee of Product Quality Judicial Appraisal of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association, Chairman of the Subject Group of General Procedure Standards for Product Quality Judicial Appraisal, President of Huabi Group, Yan Jinglin, Secretary-General of the Professional Committee of Product Quality Judicial Appraisal of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association and Director of Huabi Ju Deng Qinqiu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Quality Judicial Appraisal Committee of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association, Liu Zhanzhong, President of Shanxi Judicial Appraisal Association, Li Hengpeng, Director of the Judicial Appraisal Administration Bureau of Shanxi Judicial Department, Secretary of the Party Group of Shanxi Judicial Appraisal Association, Administration of Judicial Appraisal of Shanxi Judicial Department and Shanxi Judicial App Guo Huaiqing, deputy secretary and deputy secretary-general of the CPC Communist Party Group, Zhao Yadi, Secretary of the CPC Communist Party Group of Shanxi Judicial Bureau and Shanxi Judicial Appraisal Association, Shi Zhongyuan, director of the Shanxi Judicial Appraisal Center for Product Quality, Lu Yingxi, director of the Shanxi Judicial Appraisal Center for Machinery Products, and gold, silver and jewelry of Shanxi Province Chen Jianguo, the head of the judicial authentication center, attended the meeting.

   

Experts attending the meeting visited Shanxi Machinery Products Judicial Appraisal Center and Shanxi Mineral Gold, Silver and Jewelry Judicial Appraisal Center on the morning of 21, and formally held a symposium on product quality judicial appraisal in the afternoon. At the meeting, the leaders of the subject group made a general introduction to the investigation and research in the morning. Zhao Yadi, the drafter and author of the Provisions on Classification of Forensic Expertise Practice in Shanxi Province (2016), introduced to all the experts the explanation of the problems related to the classification of forensic expert practice in Shanxi Province, and the leaders of various appraisal institutions also made a relevant introduction to the investigation and research. Finally, Liu Zhanzhong, President of Shanxi forensic Association, concluded his speech.

The symposium aims to learn from the successful experience of Shanxi judicial expertise, collect the opinions of Shanxi judicial expertise experts, and accumulate theory and Practice for the revision of "General Procedure Specification for Product Quality Judicial Appraisal".

The General Procedure Specification for Judicial Appraisal of Product Quality was established by the Judicial Appraisal Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice in August 2016. The Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute and the Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Society undertook specific research and development work. After more than one year's compilation and revision, it has entered the final stage with the strong support of peer experts both inside and outside the research group. After the standardization is developed, the Judicial Expertise Administration of the Ministry of Justice will organize expert acceptance checks, seek opinions from all over the country, and issue them in accordance with relevant procedures.
