Finalized Conference on general procedures for judicial authentication of product quality was held in Shanghai.

The final draft meeting of the General Procedure Specification for Judicial Appraisal of Product Quality (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") was held in Shanghai from December 2 to 3, 2017. Huo Xiandan, former Director of Judicial Appraisal Administration of the Ministry of Justice, Du Zhichun, President of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association, Zhu Chunliang, Secretary-General of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association, Li Guangjin, Heat Treatment Professional Committee of Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Society, Wu Guibao, Shanghai Quality Inspection Association, Shanghai Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Experts such as Deng Xiehe, Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Product Quality Inspection, Wuqing, Shanxi Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design, Han Feng, Liu Xuesen, Chairman of Huabi Group, Yan Jinglin, Director of Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute, Deng Qinqiu, and so on, came out. Zhu Chunliang, chairman of the Shanghai judicial appraisal theoretical research association, chaired the meeting.


This meeting reviews the research process and expert opinions of the Code, and clarifies the principles of the Code as a connecting pipeline between internal and external relations, as well as the orientation of product quality forensic appraisal belonging to the category of material evidence forensic appraisal management. On the basis of the Fifth Draft of the Norms, the experts at the meeting perfected the details of the Norms, discussed the classification of judicial expertise items, revised the contents of other parts, the text expression and format of the Norms according to the principles of standard compilation, and finally formed a unified final version. Subsequent codes will be submitted to the judicial authentication administration of the Ministry of justice for approval.


The meeting lasted for two days, with tense time and intense discussion. The experts unanimously expressed that the revised version of the procedural norms had clear guiding ideology and clear thinking, and had strong operability and guidance for the quality judicial appraisal work in China.
