On the afternoon of April 25, Jiangsu Provincial Justice Department and Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court came to Suzhou Special Investigation Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute.

Four people from Xu Hongxin, Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court, Zhai Jiejun, Director of Judicial Appraisal Department of Jiangsu Provincial Judicial Department, and Xie Hai, Director of Judicial Department of Suzhou Judicial Bureau visited the ten failure analysis laboratories of Huabi Material Failure Analysis Laboratory and Mechanical Equipment Failure Analysis Laboratory on the spot, focusing on Huabi Judicial Appraisal. The scientific research progress, staffing, equipment allocation and so on of the Institute were discussed. The process of judicial appraisal, the allocation of appraisers, the field of appraisal and the actual cases of appraisal were also exchanged with the relevant professional leaders. Liu Xuesen, President of Huabi Laboratory, and Yan Jinglin, Director of Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute participated in the reception and presided over the research report.
