In order to implement the newly revised General Principles of Judicial Expertise Procedure, new requirements for the investigation and appearance of forensic experts are put forward, and the work of on-site investigation and cross-examination of forensic experts in court is better standardized. On July 25, Suzhou Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute organized a special training on "On-the-spot Investigation of Judicial Appraisal and Attentions to Appearance in Court, Crisis Handling" for heads of departments, forensic experts, assistants of forensic experts and internal auditors. The training focuses on practical operation, and effectively improves the ability and level of the forensic expert's on-site investigation and cross-examination in court.
