In order to accelerate the coordinated development of judicial expertise in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and actively respond to the common problems encountered in the management of judicial expertise in the three places, a joint meeting on cooperative matters of Judicial Expertise Management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was held in Qinhuangdao City from June 29 to July 1, led by the Hebei Provincial Judicial Department. The deputy director of the judicial appraisal department (bureau) in charge of judicial appraisal, the head and staff of the judicial appraisal management organization, the head of the environmental protection department (bureau) in charge of the establishment of the expert database of environmental damage judicial appraisal, and the deputy chairman of the Judicial Appraisal Association in charge of forensic clinical professional technology, Qin Huang More than 20 people, including the director of the Judicial Bureau of the island city, attended the joint meeting.

Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei respectively introduced the development of local related work, and made extensive consensus on jointly promoting the work of environmental damage forensic appraisal, strengthening the supervision and cooperation mechanism of forensic appraisal institutions, and building an interconnected recognition system for education and training of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei appraisers. The joint meeting has basically reached consensus on the establishment of a database of experts on forensic appraisal of environmental damage in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the realization of mutual recognition of forensic appraisers'training and assessment, and the convergence and application of the "Classification of Disabled Degree of Human Injury" by the three associations, and the joint issuance of guiding opinions, and has achieved valuable results. At the meeting, there was also agreement on deepening the communication of the mechanism of cooperative development of forensic expertise in the three places, that is, as long as either party of the three places put forward good opinions and suggestions conducive to the development of the cause of forensic expertise and the realization of the collaborative integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the other two places should actively overcome local difficulties or gaps to support and cooperate.
